"Some folk say that St. Patrick was Scottish; some say Welsh and some even say that he hailed from other foreign parts. Almost all outside the Emerald Isle agree that he wasn't Irish!
Well, if that's what you choose to believe, consider this. All Irish folk know that it was Jesus himself who turned five loaves and fishes into a feed for thousands. We also know who turned all sheep born on Irish grass into 'Irish Sheep.'
Happy St. Patrick's day to all my family, near and far, to my friends and acquaintances and to all my ex's. If you want to make today a special St. Patrick's Day, phone, text or visit your loved ones today and tell them, 'I love you.' For any of you whose parents still occupy this side of the green sod, give them a bunch of flowers now and not when they are deceased and on the other side of life. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Love and peace."
