'Relax with Bill'

During the 1970s, after my 'Anger Management Programmes' (which I freely gave away) mushroomed across the English speaking world, I decided to professionally record a relaxation tape that not only helped people to relax, but encouraged the practice of positive sleep. The delivery of my speech is purposely geared to the timing of a relaxed breathing pattern, thereby enabling the listener to synchronise their breathing pattern with mine as they listen and to induce sleep. It is advisable to play the tape immediately before going to sleep each night and wherever possible, once during the day. Never play the tape while driving a motor vehicle or engaged in any activity that requires your eyes open and which requires concentration. One month's practice is usually sufficient to induce sleep before the tape ends. Please note that because the continued practice of this tape's use can lead to lower blood-pressure levels, it is not advisable to be used by people who normally display low blood-pressure levels, along with pregnant women and anyone with a brain abnormality. This tape was never produced to be sold nor has it ever been or will be. Please feel free to recommend it to appropriate people who may benefit from it. Since it was first produced, I have given between 5,000 and 10,000 copies of it away to stressful people who needed to relax. It is my gift to you. Enjoy.
